The 1.0 version was neve on itch.io, I only had it on scratch. However I will still say what I added in this version. Here is the list.

Made Upgrades save with codes rather than .txt files. 

Fixed bait price resetting when codes load

Overall this was just bug-fixes but I made it a 1.1 update rather than 1.01 because it is the itch.io release as well as overhauling the saving system.
